PISA
So as I mentioned ive recently been to Italy with one of my best friends Katie, who was my forced blog photographer for the trip. Thank you Katie you were a star.
I wanted to give a brief rundown of Pisa's happenings. Days consisting of the touristy top spots, note leaning tower and that fantabulous Kieth Haring mural. Our evenings consisted of pasta, pizza, wine and searching for some sort of area with a bar or two, we managed to find a square where all the cool kids seemed to hang out we felt of slight exclusion as our Italian combined stretches to max about 5 words. Pisa is full of tourists in the day time and yet seems to be purely Italian at night, we tried to socialize but ended up being very much 2 English girls enjoying their 4 euro litre of wine (watered down wine I am certain of) and having a nice chilled one in the streets of Pisa.
We stayed in a beautiful Air b n b , super super cute decor but no air con. This was like the worst thing. I seriously underestimated how hot it would be in Italy, it was roasting outside and even hotter in our bedroom, we had to sleep in the nuders and pour cold water over our bods every half hour. Thank goodness were are good enough friends that it wasn't a seriously awkward couple of nights. such sexy nights sweating in Pisa.
I would recommend going defiantly a good tick off for the bucket list. But probably wouldn't stay longer than a day or two unless you venture further out to places like Luca ect.
